Our Story
Taylors Brewing Company was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional craft beer shouldn't require a trip to the city. On a quiet stretch of West Henderson Street, we set up our first small-batch system and started experimenting with recipes that honor both tradition and imagination.
Every beer we brew carries the spirit of this community — unhurried, honest, and made with the kind of care that only comes when you're pouring your own name into every batch. We source locally wherever we can, and we treat every ingredient with the respect it deserves.

A bold yet balanced IPA that opens with citrusy hop aroma and settles into a clean, resinous finish. Brewed with locally sourced Cascade and Centennial hops.
5.4% ABV · 35 IBU
Smooth and contemplative — dark chocolate and toasted walnut lead into a velvety finish. Our year-round staple, brewed slowly for depth and character.
4.9% ABV · 38 IBU
Crisp, pale, and impossibly drinkable. A reference-class pilsner with a delicate grain sweetness and a dry, herbal hop bite that lingers just long enough.
5.1% ABV · 8 IBU
A gently tart wild ale aged in oak with a hint of peach. Bright acidity meets soft fruit — a beer that tastes like late summer in the Piedmont.
